It is my job and my pleasure to navigate you through the process of your sale or purchase. You can always be assured of my dedication and professionalism throughout the journey. I treat every transaction with the same enthusiasm and tireless energy - whether it's a starter home, condominium, luxury property - or anything in between.
I was a real estate paralegal for over 15 years in Stamford. This background has been very beneficial in my career in real estate in terms of the familiarity with the paperwork and process of the closing transaction. My husband and I live in Easton, Connecticut and own a construction company specializing in renovations and new home construction. Because of this, I have a wide knowledge of all current building trends and materials.
Areas of Expertise: Relocation, first-time buyers, new construction, luxury properties, land, downsizing, estate sales, investor purchases and sales
I was born and raised in Stamford, graduating from Stamford Catholic High School and Berkeley Business College in White Plains, New York. In 1996 I moved to Easton with husband and 5 sons. When I'm not selling real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and our Springer Spaniels.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most exciting-and often emotional - experiences you’ll go through. I understand that personally, because I’ve bought and sold multiple homes across the country myself. I know what it feels like to be both excited about what’s next and unsure about the process.
That’s exactly why I approach real estate the way I do. My goal is simple: to be the person you trust to guide you through it—with clarity, communication, and a plan that makes sense for your life.
I’m a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker and part of the award-winning Kelly Higgins Team, specializing in residential real estate throughout Fairfield County, including Fairfield, Easton, and the surrounding communities. I work closely with homeowners who are navigating important life transitions—whether that’s downsizing after many years in a home, helping adult children support their parents through that process, or guiding growing families as they move into their next stage.
What my clients appreciate most is how I work with them. I take the time to understand your goals, keep you informed every step of the way, and make sure you feel confident in every decision. I believe strong relationships and clear communication are the foundation of a successful real estate experience—and that’s something I take seriously.
Living locally in Fairfield County allows me to offer real insight into the market, neighborhoods, and timing strategies that matter—especially in today’s competitive environment. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m here to help you think through the bigger picture and make a smart, well-informed move.
Before real estate, I earned a degree in Economics/Finance from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Dallas, and I spent time in both banking and service industries. That background, combined with my real estate experience, allows me to approach each transaction with both strategy and care.
Outside of real estate, my husband George and I are deeply connected to the local community. We also have a big blended bi-coastal family - eight adult children, five grandchildren, and our rescue dog, Jake - so I truly understand how important “home” is at every stage of life.
If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or simply starting to explore your options, I’d love to connect. Even if you’re not ready yet, we can start with a conversation and build a plan that works for you.
